You will have your choice of floral sessions to choose from. This can be customizable, so don't hesitate to ask if you'd like to learn about something you don't see on the list! Most sessions are between 2-3 hours depending on the session chosen.
Wild and Romantic Bridal Bouquet - A lesson in large and dramatic bridal bouquets.
European Hand-tied Bouquet - A little structure can be exquisitely beautiful! We love to use this method for when we have to create round(er) bouquets quickly!
Cascade Bouquets- Drama to the MAX! Trending for a reason, cascade bouquets are taking center stage this year and we couldn't be happier!
Still Life Arrangements (Dutch Masters) - Big, bold and beautiful take the stage! Learn how to use chicken wire in to support your freeform masterpiece.
Centerpieces - We like our centerpieces low lying, lush and to be the talk of the table! Create Centerpieces full of texture and interest.
Garlands and Wreaths - A necessity for the holidays and for creating drama on tables or down the aisle.
Personal Flowers - Corsages, boutonnieres, and floral crowns are all included in this session.

There will also be plenty of time to talk about business, branding, marketing, portfolio, or any other questions that come to mind during the workshop days.

The Ponderosa Classroom is in the historic Gray Building right in the heart of downtown Salem, Oregon, Katie's hometown!
The downtown area is cozy, with plenty of options for dining, scenic walks, and all of that good stuff. If you’re wanting to explore Oregon, Salem is also the perfect jumping off point. Love wine? We’re right in the middle of world-renowned Willamette Valley wine country! Salem is also situated an hour drive from Portland big city vibes, the scenic coastline, and the towering Cascade Mountain Range. Come visit and explore. When you book, we'll send you a list of our favorite places to go in Oregon if you'd like!
